Yael Grunseit is an Australian filmmaker based in New York. Her award-winning short Daddy's Little Meatball was an official selection at festivals including the Tribeca Festival and Melbourne International Film Festival. It won Best Student International Short at Palm Springs ShortFest, as well as Best Local Short Film and Best Cinematography at Flickerfest. She is a 2026 MIFF Accelerator Lab participant and was a 2025 BendFilm: Basecamp Fellow.
